Barista (LIFT Kensington)

LIFT is a coffee roaster in London. We are always looking to work with exciting and passionate people to serve our customers with the most interesting and high-quality coffees from around the World.

We are currently looking for a full-time barista to join our team at our Notting Hill Location.

We are looking for applicants who:

1. Are passionate about coffee and hospitality
2. Are willing to adapt and learn, flexible and a team player
3. Have a positive – can do attitude
4. Have exceptional customer service
5. Are efficient working under pressure, able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Have experience dialling in espresso
7. Can pour good latte art
8. Pays attention to details
9. Maintains high standards
