Senior Site / Construction Manager - East London - 30 weeks

I am currently in need of a Senior Site / Construction Manager to manage a 4 million D&B structural refurbishment project based in East London. The project is based in Stratford and works consist of full structural refurbishment along with an internal fit-out of office space. The programme length is due to be 30 weeks.

The Candidate: must be capable of delivering the project standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager, and be able to do sequencing, short-term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, conduct toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, and influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required: SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and is looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
