We are seeking an experienced Head of Property & Asset Management to oversee the real estate portfolio of a long-standing and traditional London estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for both Property Management & Asset Management strategies across the portfolio. Reporting into the Property Director, you'll manage a team of up to six property managers and asset managers who are each responsible for a proportion of the portfolio covering all key leasing events, landlord & tenant matters, day to day property management and ongoing development & refurbishment projects.

The portfolio includes prime Grade A offices, boutique high street retail, high-end residential, and a vibrant mix of restaurants and cafés. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in maintaining and enhancing one of London’s oldest estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead proactive asset and property management strategies to maximise portfolio value & performance.
• Oversee lease management, minimising voids and arrears while ensuring best-in-class tenant experience.
• Manage budgets, valuations, and service charge processes with financial efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, and the wider community.
• Provide leadership, support, and strategic direction to the property team.
• Team management of c.6 direct reports.

This role is perfect for a senior property professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for commercial & residential assets based in central London. Candidates with current client side or consultancy experience will be considered; however, all applicants must be MRICS Qualified.
