Job title: Midweight Creative Team

Salary type: £41k (Depending on experience)

Job type: 6 Month FTC with potential extension

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home)

Aquent is seeking a passionate and experienced Midweight Creative Team to join one of the most creatively awarded agencies globally – including the most awarded agency at the Clio Awards, DMA Awards, Influencer Marketing.

Are you ready to bring bold creative ideas to life? Following major pitch wins, we’re looking for a talented mid-level creative team to join a growing London department. You’ll collaborate with global brands to craft culturally resonant campaigns that truly make an impact. With a focus on integrated advertising, you’ll bring sharp creativity and a deep understanding of global culture, user behavior, and social trends to every project.

This role is about pushing creative boundaries across any platform, channel, or format, all while staying inspired by emerging technologies, social trends, and innovative media. It’s also a chance to grow personally and professionally, with the tools, training, and support needed to refine your craft. Overall Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualise and develop visually compelling and creative ideas that align with our clients' brand strategies and resonate with their target audiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that are effective in driving business results for our clients across various mediums, including print, digital, social media, and experiential.
  3. Work on ways to bring fresh ideas to life by taking the time to understand the business problem and thinking about what a good solution would achieve.
  4. Participate in brainstorms and ideation sessions, contributing unique perspectives and ideas.
  5. Develop and present creative concepts that meet client briefs and objectives while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  6. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure that creative work is executed to the highest standard.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brand guidelines, target audience, and industry trends to ensure all creative work is relevant, effective, and on-brand.
  8. Proactively seek feedback and insights to refine and improve creative concepts and executions.
  9. Demonstrate consistently strong creative output and leadership to help mentor and support junior members of the creative team.
  10. Continuously seek out new sources of inspiration and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  11. Stay aware of cultural nuances and use resources to bring diverse perspectives to your creative work.
  12. Participate in pitches and presentations to clients, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and creative flair to help win new business.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for our agency, advocating for our work and culture on social media and at industry events.
  14. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, connecting with the team, and creating an environment that supports creativity and innovation.

  5. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as your understanding of popular social media platforms, will be essential for crafting engaging content and optimising campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
  6. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest design trends, digital innovations, and social media best practices. Your ability to adapt and evolve with changing landscapes is crucial.
  7. Strong Branding and Storytelling Skills: Demonstrate your ability to craft compelling narratives and visually communicate brand messages that resonate with target audiences across different channels, simultaneously, and meets deadlines without compromising on quality.
