Teacher of Economics

£26,716 - £41,659 per annum, plus £5,000 retention payment paid on the successful completion of the probationary period

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Are you an experienced and passionate Economics professional looking to inspire the next generation of financial experts, economists, financial consultants, and more? Worthing College is seeking an experienced A Level Teacher of Economics to join our fantastic team and help shape our students’ future careers in this essential sector.

You will be part of a wider Business, Economics and Finance team that delivers a range of courses which includes Level 2 Business, Level 3 Camtech Business Certificate, Extended Certificate and Diploma, A Level Business Studies, A Level Economics, and Financial Studies.

The successful team of seven experienced teachers teach across the different subject areas. The department works closely together, and you will be fully supported by the team.

The position is full time with an August 26th, 2025 start date; however, we will consider requests for part-time and job share options.
