Buyer - Bridgwater, Somerset

£40,000 - £45,000

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day execution of procurement activities, managing vendor relationships.
2. Developing supplier relationships, sourcing new suppliers, supplier negotiations.
3. Supporting Continuous Improvement of supply chain activities across the UK & EMEA.
4. Supporting quality and operations teams for supplier complaints and non-conformances.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, production, or process environments.
2. CIPS Qualification advantageous.
3. Strong negotiation skills and demonstrating cost reductions, developing relationships with vendors.
4. Strong working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems.

Package and Benefits:
