Job description

Established boutique Property Investment firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair are currently looking for a confident, proactive, highly organised Team PA to support a team of 12 investment professionals. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years minimum corporate Team PA experience, used to working in a client driven corporate environment, fast paced culture and providing excellent team support. A great opportunity to join a prestigious client in central London within friendly, sociable, collaborative team offering career development and progression. Hybrid working with Friday from home, hours are 9-5pm.

Key duties:

  • Complex diary management
  • Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Arranging national and international travel including flights, hotel and visas etc.
  • Editing Word and PowerPoint documents
  • Ensure the office runs efficiently, maintaining supplies and upkeep
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Events support including team building and social gatherings

Experience required:

  • Superb organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented, adaptable and used to working under pressure in a corporate setting
