Job Description

The Legal Director will be:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements and consumer facing terms and conditions.
  • Supporting on litigation, IP, employment law, regulatory and corporate governance work.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Managing external counsel and ensuring efficient case management.

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Director should be:

  • A solicitor with 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in retail or commercial sectors.
  • Highly skilled in managing commercial contracts and handling litigation matters.
  • Knowledgeable about GDPR and data protection laws.
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
