Operations Manager

Manage and oversee daily cargo handling operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments. Ensure proper allocation of workforce and resources based on cargo volume and operational needs. Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and ground handling teams to streamline cargo movement. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and customs requirements. Implement and optimise operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimise delays. Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues to ensure client satisfaction. Ensure cargo is handled securely and all safety protocols are followed. Manage budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation to optimise profitability.
