Support Worker - Various Levels (Entry to Deputy Manager)

The young people in our care range between the ages of 8-18 years of age and have a range of behavioural and emotional needs.

A number of roles from Support Worker to Deputy Manager are currently available for empathetic individuals who wish to contribute to the improvement of young lives.

Requirements:

  • Ideally hold a full UK driving licence
  • Must have the desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent Children & Younger Peoples workforce
  • 12 months experience working in a Residential setting is highly desirable but we do also encourage applications from those at the start of their journey
  • For senior positions, experience in a similar, supervisory position is highly desirable
