Role
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will have the autonomy to build out the technology sector. You'll work closely with a top performer to rapidly grow the client base, leveraging our bespoke sales methodology, account development strategies, and technology training. Our team fosters a culture of continuous learning with regular sessions to share tips and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue from existing clients with signed contract terms.
- Attract new clients through various business development methods.
- Engage daily with the delivery team to source candidates for your roles, providing full support to achieve a high conversion ratio.
- Action commercial leads from the delivery team to spec out strong candidates.
- Organise events to build communities in your sector, such as round tables and networking evenings.
- Become a thought leader in technology by researching trends and surveying clients to create insightful market updates.
- Map key decision makers in your sector and pitch periodically using our '18 reasons to meet'.
- Hold regular service reviews with clients to identify ways to improve service.
- Engage with senior candidates in your sector to build relationships.
- Be the key point of contact both internally and externally for your clients.
Required
- We are looking for ambitious achievers who are excited by the prospect of engaging with senior leaders and can hold their attention!
- Experience in technology recruitment, either permanent or contract, on any desk.
- Proven track record of attracting new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Highly organised to manage a scrum board of jobs, alongside account development and business development responsibilities.
- Self-motivated – our team is accountable but not micro-managed.
- Eager to invest time in learning a new sector and technology.
