Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Primary

A brilliant Primary school in the Borough of Croydon is seeking an Unqualified Teaching Assistant to help support children with SEND/SEMH needs throughout the school day. This role will involve working with pupils in a 1:1 and small group setting, assisting them with Maths, Reading, Writing, and more.

Experience working with children is highly desirable in terms of potential candidates - a good understanding of SEN is also recommended. This role will involve supporting children in and out of the classroom, as well as helping class teachers to deliver class material.

About the Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Primary Role

• Unqualified Teaching Assistant in a Croydon Primary School
• Supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs
• Working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• General classroom support
• £105 - £110 per day
• Monday - Friday, Term-Time only
• Long-Term, Full-Time role
• ASAP Start

The Ideal Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Primary Candidate

• Must hold a degree from a reputable University (1st Class or 2:1)
• A passion for education, learning, and working with children
• Experience within a school and working with young people with additional needs
• A good understanding of SEN/SEMH needs
