Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Agent to run a Real Estate Team under the MiReloTeam umbrella. As a Real Estate Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, training, and holding team members accountable as well as managing day-to-day operations. We will assist you with the growth of your team, including helping you recruit new members, logistics, and development. You will also facilitate the purchase, sale, and rental of properties while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

1. Advise Team Members in marketing and advertising properties to attract potential buyers/sellers.
2. Assist Team Members in the process of selling their homes.
3. Advise Team Members on negotiating contracts and terms of sale.
4. Guide Team Members on conducting proper open houses and showings to potential buyers.
5. Handle real estate administrative tasks such as paperwork and documentation.
6. Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines.
7. Communicate effectively with Team Members, clients, other agents, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
3. Knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Familiarity with property market trends and pricing strategies.
6. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
