Job Title: Fire Door Joiner
Location: Scunthorpe (Workshop & Client Sites - Local & Away)
Salary: £13 - £18 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Our client is open to candidates from all backgrounds who are driven, passionate, and possess transferrable skills, even if they don't have direct joinery experience. If you're eager to learn and committed to quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Manufacturing and installing fire doors to the highest safety standards
Working in a mix of environments, including industrial, healthcare, and education settings
Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations
Learning from experienced professionals (for trainees) and mentoring others (for qualified joiners)
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
What We're Looking For:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Problem-solving skills and adaptability
For experienced candidates: Prior fire door/joinery experience is preferred
For trainees: A background in a practical trade or transferrable skills is a plus
