About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing ecommerce games business in the UK. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving product growth, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring scalable systems to support our evolving business. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, operations, marketing, and commercial teams to drive engagement, improve conversion, and enhance personalization.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, who has experience in scaling products, optimizing user journeys, and leveraging data to drive decision-making.

Our Sr. Product Manager II role is based in the UK and reports to our VP Product Management.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy and execution. Bridge technical and business teams to ensure product success. Create alignment and transparency around the product roadmap and execution.
  • Prioritize initiatives effectively, ensure timely delivery, and iterate based on performance metrics, execution and roadmap learnings and cross-departmental feedback loops.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and clean data structures & pipelines that support product and business decisions effectively and reliably.
  • Leverage data, split testing, and user insights to drive product improvements and engagement.
  • Work on lifecycle marketing, personalization, and engagement strategies to drive growth.
You Have...
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in an ecommerce, gaming, or digital marketplace.
  • Very Strong project management skills, with the ability to ship iteratively and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to start with key insights and build a clear, data-supported narrative.
  • Proven track record of scaling products from startup or early-stage growth to mass adoption.
  • A technical foundation, with the ability to understand and discuss data architecture and dependencies with data & engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and performance optimization.
  • Experience in funnel optimization, user engagement strategies, and retention improvements.
  • Familiarity with recommendation algorithms, personalization, and customer segmentation.

  • User Experience Design Awareness: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles to create seamless and engaging user journeys.
  • Gaming Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with gaming industry trends, mechanics, and customer behavior to inform product decisions and engagement strategies.
