The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is varied and demanding. From day one you will join our Training Academy for the duration of 2 weeks where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house L&D Team.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be headhunting the best talent in the Engineering Industry

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will employ a diverse set of sales and marketing strategies to attract top talent. These techniques include creating compelling job advertisements, crafting engaging LinkedIn content to bolster your personal brand, actively networking, making sales calls, and conducting client meetings.

Your objective will be to establish a loyal client base and position yourself as their trusted partner for business growth, assisting them in achieving their objectives.

In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, starting from the initial screening calls with potential candidates, all the way through to successfully closing deals.
