Job Title: Mortgage Case Manager

About Us:

We are a small but incredibly busy mortgage advisors based in Lymington, committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for (ideally) an experienced Mortgage Case Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations, supporting the mortgage application process from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while also working as part of our small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and process mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  2. Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate the mortgage process.
  3. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the application process.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their mortgage journey.
Attributes:
  1. Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator or in a similar role would be the preference.
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
