Multiskilled Operative - Exeter Areas.

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on MOD housing projects in Exeter areas.

This is a permanent role and offers a £32,000 salary + van and fuel card.

This position will start temp for 12 weeks through us as an agency then you will transfer onto a permanent contract.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• Going to various MOD properties to carry out responsive maintenance
• All aspects of maintenance work
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, etc.
• Dealing with customers (residents)

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Ideally social housing/MOD experience
