Land Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of renewable energy infrastructure? We are seeking a Land Manager to support the development of critical grid connection projects, ensuring clean energy reaches homes and businesses.

About the Role

• Lead land acquisition strategies for major infrastructure projects, including overhead lines, substations, and underground cables.
• Engage with landowners, stakeholders, and project teams to secure necessary land rights.
• Manage external land agents and surveyors to facilitate agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and commercial standards.
• Drive strategic relationships to support project success.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional qualification (RICS or similar) with proven experience in land management.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Understanding of farming and rural land management.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence discussions.
• A self-starter with the ability to travel as needed.
