We are looking for the Lead Test Engineer – Mechatronic to join our team based in London, UK.

Responsibilities
  • Define test plans and protocols for robotic components, subsystems, and the full humanoid robot, including:
    • Head subsystem validation tests
    • Arms subsystem validation tests
    • Legs subsystem validation tests
    • Whole-robot verification tests
  • Design and develop electronics for test jigs to support testing, including power systems, electrical interfaces, and interconnect harnesses.
  • Conduct thorough verification testing for individual components and subsystems to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Collect and analyze test data, generate comprehensive test reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Expertise
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing test protocols for complex mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in designing electronics, including power systems, harnesses, and interfaces for testing equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware testing tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with robotics systems and subsystems is a strong plus.
