Position: Construction Project Manager

Job Type: Full Time, On-Site

Location: Edward P. Boland VA Medical Center (Northampton), 421 N Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053

Join Our Team as a Construction Project Manager at SteerBridge!

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (CM-CPM) to support the modernization, replacement, and installation of elevators across 8 buildings at the Edward P. Boland VA Medical Center in Leeds, Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to support the enhancement of healthcare infrastructure for our nation’s veterans!

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a federal background check and obtain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge
  • Minimum of three (3) completed projects of similar scale and complexity
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Oracle Submittal Exchange
Education and Experience:
  • At least 10 years of construction experience, with 5+ years in a field management role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Senior Foreman)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare facility construction or modernization
  • Familiarity with elevator shaft modernization and historic building renovations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight for construction management, design/build, and engineering projects
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and quality assurance for large-scale construction projects
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Oversee procurement and claims management processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely project completion

Compensation

A salary commensurate with experience shall be offered.
