Salary: Up to £70,000 DoE

Location: UK-wide consultancy role, with a preference for South West location due to client demand

Clearance: Enhanced DV required (consideration given to uplifting an MOD DV)

Mobility: UK mobility and willingness to travel essential

Experience: Experience in Utilities or Government projects preferred

The Data Scientist Role:

As a Data Scientist, you will:

• Work with large, complex datasets to drive innovation and solve real-world problems
• Develop AI-driven solutions to support key public and private sector clients
• Collaborate with industry experts to build and deploy advanced data products
• Engage in a variety of projects, ensuring continuous learning and career development
• Mentor and support junior team members

Data Scientist Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modelling
• Strong understanding of machine learning, AI principles, and data science methodologies
• Experience in developing and deploying data solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Prior experience in Utilities or Government projects is desirable
