The job:
Seeking a hardworking HR professional for the Director, HRBP position at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
The Director, HRBP for our Life Sciences (LS) organization collaborates with LS Commercial Divisional/Group and Functional leaders within the EMEA region. You will translate global and regional strategies into regional people objectives, driving innovative talent strategies to ensure highly engaged teams. Your role requires a seamless balance between critical thinking and practical execution, substantial change leadership experience, and a solid understanding of employee relations across various geographies.
This site-based (with the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week) at any of our sites in Western Europe. Some international travel will be required – up to 25% per annum.
