Director of Fundraising & Investor Relations

Company Description

At TeknTrash Robotics, we are redefining the future of waste management with cutting-edge robotics technology. Our mission is to create advanced humanoid robots that revolutionize the way waste is collected, sorted, and processed, paving the way for a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable world.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Fundraising & Investor Relations to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This critical role involves spearheading our fundraising efforts, engaging with investors, and securing financial support to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan, targeting pre-seed and seed-stage investors specialized in robotics and/or waste management in the UK and the US.
  • Cultivate relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms, angel investors, and corporate partners to secure funding opportunities.
  • Lead investor relations, including portfolio reviews, board meetings, and regular updates to ensure strategic alignment and continued financial support.
  • Represent TeknTrash Robotics in high-profile pitches, investor meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Create compelling investment materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and business plans, to effectively communicate our vision and value proposition to investors.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on financial planning and fundraising strategies based on market trends and investor feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for robotics, sustainability, and innovative waste management solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds from venture capitalists, family offices, and equity-based investors, with an established network in the investment community.
  • Solid background in corporate finance, financial modeling, and fundraising strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver persuasive pitches, presentations, and investment proposals.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in fundraising for technology startups, particularly in robotics or sustainability sectors, is a strong plus.

Additional Information

  • This is an equity-based position until successful fundraising is achieved. The Director of Fundraising & Investor Relations must have the financial flexibility to support themselves during the fundraising process.
  • Equity compensation will be granted based on the level of investment secured.
  • This is a remote position, providing flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with the team and investors.

If you are a motivated fundraising professional with a passion for robotics and sustainability, and you are eager to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing company, we encourage you to apply and help us shape the future of waste management through innovation and technology.
