The Role:

  • Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing tax returns for employees on international assignments.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with HR and finance teams to manage payroll taxes and social security contributions.
  • Employee Support: Providing guidance to employees on their tax responsibilities and compliance with international tax laws.
  • Data Analysis: Reviewing payroll and compensation data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Regulatory Updates: Staying informed on evolving tax regulations and ensuring smooth implementation.
