Job Description

1. Negotiation of standard transaction terms including writing term sheets independently.
2. Work with potential delivery partners to perform a detailed credit and pricing analysis on potential transactions.
3. Work with delivery partners and make recommendations to set up processes for structured guarantees transactions.
4. Approvals, quality control, and in more complicated cases of non-standard transactions, financial modelling.
5. Marketing of products with Origination & Relationship Management teams.
6. Legal documentation in conjunction with the business.
7. Setting up of all operational aspects of the transaction.
8. Manage all risks (operational, reputational, regulatory, legal, etc.) during the execution phase and post-completion in conjunction with operations.

The Successful Applicant

1. Extensive experience in structuring, investing or lending.
2. Background in asset backed/specialty finance, or other similar capital instruments where risk is taken on the lender.
3. Proven experience in credit analysis.
4. Experience in FI/NBFIs.
5. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including cash flow modelling and granular data analysis.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
7. Thorough understanding of different securitisation and/or guarantee techniques, structures and markets.
8. Excellent knowledge of most regulatory aspects of their products.
