Salary: £26,000 + commission, OTE £45,000 - £60,000

Location: Chelmsford

Assistant Manager Position Overview: Seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll lead a team, maintain store standards, and assist customers in finding their perfect pieces.

Our client is a market leader in their field, providing high-end quality furniture and is undergoing a huge period of growth due to previous success. They are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Manager who wants to earn while they develop and progress in their career.

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and customer service.
  2. Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets.
  3. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
  4. Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
