The Job:

1. Lead a dedicated team in managing our herd of 380 cows
2. Oversee milking operations and care for our youngstock
3. Contribute to sustainable farming practices and ensure animal welfare

The Candidate:

1. Dairy experience
2. Previous experience within a similar role
3. Staff management experience
4. Experience in AI and breeding is desirable but not essential
5. Excellent stockman-ship with a strong attention to detail
6. A team player and exceptional communicator
7. Problem solver with a can-do attitude
8. Enthusiastic and personable
