The Role

As the Design Manager, you will lead the design vision for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring brand consistency, design excellence, and seamless project execution. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to bring innovative and sustainable design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end design process for new-build and refurbishment hotel projects.
• Ensure design aligns with brand standards, budget, and project timelines.
• Manage external design teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Drive creative solutions while maintaining commercial feasibility.
• Conduct design reviews and provide strategic direction to ensure world-class guest experiences.
• Work closely with development, operations, and procurement teams.

Requirements
