THE ROLE

A Senior Corporate/Company Commercial Lawyer is sought to join an expanding team.

This is a role for a pragmatic, diligent, adaptable and versatile lawyer, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and team members.

You will be working with a varied client base of owner managed and entrepreneurial businesses, advising on matters including:

1. corporate transactional matters (business sales, acquisitions, restructures and MBOs)
2. company matters (shareholders; agreements, company secretarial matters and EMIs)
3. commercial matters (commercial contracts, intellectual property and GDPR)
4. non-contentious employment law matters (employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements)

ABOUT YOU

A Solicitor with 5+ pqe in corporate work, you will have the ability to manage transactions independently, paired with strong support for the team and to guide junior members.

You will have specialist experience advising on corporate sales and acquisitions as well as in M&A, shareholders' agreements, company re-structure and re-organisations, private equity transactions and investments among others.
