3. Start Date: December 2024 / January 2025
4. Contract Duration: Long term until July 2025 minimum
5. Salary: £83.33-£110 per day

As a Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant in Waltham Forest, you'll play an integral role in supporting children's academic and social development. You'll ensure they feel confident and capable in the classroom every day, presenting a willingness to use your skills to make a positive impact on their needs.

You will be working closely with SEN children, tailoring support to them, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that accompanies student growth, and collaborating with teachers and staff to develop individualized learning strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivering academic support through personalized learning
2. Monitoring and feeding back student progress contributing to EHCP reviews and updates
3. Working closely with SLT members of staff
4. Assisting with behavior management protocols
