An established industry player is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to enhance their Operations Change Delivery team. Senior Delivery Lead (Regulatory and Risk experience)

You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products. The team are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join their Operations Change Delivery team to ensure the alignment, co-ordination and delivery of projects that contribute towards the strategic outcomes of Regulatory and Risk functions globally.

Main responsibilities:

Support the prioritisation of work entering the Reg and Risk demand pathway
Support the governance processes and forums for the pathway to ensure effective management and oversight of the portfolio
Facilitate the ongoing coordination of delivery planning and oversight
Support the mobilisation of new initiatives, including the governance facilitation and creation of business cases
Manage 5 perm staff and up to 50 contractors
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office
Salary up to £120,000 + 17.5% bonus
25 days annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy and sell

Requirements:

In depth experience delivering risk and compliance projects/programmes as a lead
Highly regulated industry, large enterprise experience e.g. financial services, insurance etc.
Strong c-level stakeholder management – ability to manage tricky stakeholders
Agile background – ideally scaled agile
