Senior Delivery Lead (Regulatory and Risk experience)

You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products. The team are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join their Operations Change Delivery team to ensure the alignment, co-ordination and delivery of projects that contribute towards the strategic outcomes of Regulatory and Risk functions globally.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the prioritisation of work entering the Reg and Risk demand pathway
  • Support the governance processes and forums for the pathway to ensure effective management and oversight of the portfolio
  • Facilitate the ongoing coordination of delivery planning and oversight
  • Support the mobilisation of new initiatives, including the governance facilitation and creation of business cases
  • Manage 5 perm staff and up to 50 contractors
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office
  • Salary up to £120,000 + 17.5% bonus
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy and sell

Requirements:

  • In depth experience delivering risk and compliance projects/programmes as a lead
  • Highly regulated industry, large enterprise experience e.g. financial services, insurance etc.
  • Strong c-level stakeholder management – ability to manage tricky stakeholders
  • Agile background – ideally scaled agile
