The opportunity

Join the fastest growing and most innovative deal analytics team in the UK. We are disrupting the traditional financial due diligence model through our use of data analytics and advanced technology tools. Our core work is during the exciting financial due diligence phase of an M&A process. Using data and analytics in due diligence, we assess the target company’s financial performance and business projections, identifying opportunities and risks that impact the final value of the asset.

Your key responsibilities

• Work across multiple projects alongside experienced financial due diligence (FDD) professionals.
• Understand key business drivers and co-develop approaches with clients.
• Project manage teams and work closely with all members.
• Gather, verify, and assess information to formulate views.
• Plan, prepare, and review deliverables including written reports and presentations.

Our clients are typically Private Equity and corporates of varying sizes, up to FTSE100. As we continue to grow the team, you will build client relationships and internal networks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience.
• Understanding of data manipulation and integration analytic tools (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Excel).
• Experience of coaching and mentoring team members.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
