Senior Site Manager opportunity working on a Reinforced concrete frame student accommodation high rise project in Leeds with an approx. value of £25m.

About the role of Senior Site Manager

This opportunity as a senior site manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which is currently the market leading contractor for this region. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

1. Substructures through to interior fit out to handover
2. Responsible for managing a full site team
3. Chairing subcontractor meetings
4. Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
5. Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

1. Proven track record as a site manager with demonstrable project delivery experience on high rise reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments
2. Experience working with regional & tier 1 contractors
3. Trade background or Degree BSC in construction management
4. CSCS Black
5. NVQ level 6
6. Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client
