About the Role

As a Night Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring safety is always a top priority while adhering to our values and principles. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating across various production lines, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintaining health & safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working as part of a proactive, motivated team to meet production goals.

We are looking for someone to join our Sunday-Thursday shift (22:00 – 06:15am) pattern, and we offer great opportunities for career growth, including training and development to help you achieve your professional goals.

About You

We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about maintaining high standards and thrive in a team-oriented environment. You should be confident in working independently, contributing to improvements, and always looking for ways to do better.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a busy FMCG environment is desirable, but we provide full training.

  • Ability to work on structured shift patterns.

The starting rate is £12.30 during the induction period on the day shift, with the rate increasing upon successful transition to the night shift.
