7+ years of experience as a Program Manager in EdTech or related fields.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

Are you a seasoned Program Manager with a track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives within the Education Technology sector? Our client is delivering a strategic EdTech program, and we’re looking for a highly experienced professional to lead the charge.

This is a remote contract role with an occasional onsite day, focused on the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile project within the education technology space. The ideal candidate will bring deep program leadership expertise, a strong background in EdTech, and the ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

Salary is highly competitive and depends on experience, £100k+ pa

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a major EdTech program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders.
Manage risks, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership and partners.

About You:

Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Program Manager in EdTech or related educational industries.
Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within scope.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Based in Ireland and able to work remotely with flexibility and autonomy.
