Italian Chef

Head Chef wanted for our Italian casual dining restaurant. All pasta, breads, and sauces are made fresh on site. As Head Chef, I would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules, and dealing with suppliers. Experience with Italian dining is not essential for this role but would obviously be an advantage.
