Job Title: Business Development Manager - Windows & Doors

Area to be covered: Midlands & North (Birmingham up)

Remuneration: £45,000 negotiable + £5,000-£10,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors will involve:

1. Business Development Manager position selling a range of PVC windows & doors
2. All of your time will be spent selling to window & door installers, contractors, and window distributors/trade counter
3. Typically 30 window frames per order
4. Turnover target circa £1m
5. Predominantly new business and will be tasked with growing 9-10 new accounts

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors with:

1. Must have sold direct to window & door installers, builders, and contractors
2. Must be from the fenestration market sector
3. Experience of developing long-term relationships with clients
4. Genuine 'get up and go' work ethic
5. Results-oriented, hungry, and enthusiastic
