An opportunity is available for a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in the pastry kitchen of a 5* luxury hotel that offers its guests the highest levels of standards and service in the multi-award-winning dining options. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will receive plenty of training to further develop your skills in the pastry section. You will be working with high-quality ingredients and helping to create restaurant desserts, banqueting desserts, pastries, baked goods, and afternoon teas to exceptional standards. This hotel is part of an international hotel group, so not only will you receive fantastic training, but you will also have excellent opportunities for career progression.
Requirements:
It is important that all chefs applying for this role have good kitchen and food knowledge, along with experience in a fresh food preparation kitchen for a high-quality hotel or restaurant. An affinity for the pastry section with a desire to focus your career in this area is essential.
