About the Company and Role:
This role connects brands with young people across a full-motion digital network, engaging with an advertiser base that includes international, national, and regional clients like The Coca-Cola Company, Deliveroo, Unilever, Amazon Prime Video, L’Oreal, and others.

The company is looking for an experienced Account Manager with 4+ years in media sales to help shape the foundation and future of the business. This role involves driving revenue through the company’s growing portfolio of digital screens by working with some of the largest media agencies and out-of-home specialist agencies in the U.K. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, collaborating with the Commercial Director and other sales team members
  2. Maintain and grow existing business relationships while winning new business from agencies and clients
  3. Respond promptly to media briefs, aiming to maximize revenue
  4. Conduct and attend a targeted number of sales meetings weekly to present the company’s offerings and gather client insights
  5. Keep the CRM system updated with client interactions and activities to ensure an adequate pipeline for meeting sales targets
  6. Market to agencies effectively and foster strong internal relationships with other teams and departments
  7. Ensure all administrative tasks are in line with company policies and procedures
  8. Represent the company professionally at all times; some flexibility in hours may be required for client entertainment
  9. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate and close sales

Bonus: Opportunity to double salary in commission
Holiday Allowance: 25 days (plus bank holidays)
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week in London / 2-3 days per week WFH
Hours: 40 hours per week (9am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday)
