Job description

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded and community centred law firm, based in Birmingham, which needs a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. In this role you will handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a seamless and client-focused service.

Role: Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £30,000 to £60,000 per annum (this will be dependent on experience and qualification)

Responsibilities:

1. Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
3. Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing completions.

Key Requirements:

1. Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or qualified solicitor/legal executive/barrister.
2. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently on your own caseload.
3. Excellent client care and communication skills.
