Site Manager - Residential - No1

Location: Bristol

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 FTC + End of project Big Bonus

Start Date: April / May 2025

Company:
Medium size developer, who predominately operate in London and home counties. Setting up a new division in and around the Swindon / Bristol area. Their projects vary from 2 units up to around 100. Mixture of RC Frame new build, Traditional and Timber Frame.

Job opportunity:
Brand new project which will consist of 10 traditional build houses, you will be in charge of the site from day 1 to completion. On completion of the project the client will pay a completion bonus which will be significant.

We are looking for:
Someone that has worked for a developer as a number 1 manager on site, from day 1 to completion. Someone who can work independently with the director visiting 1-2 days a week.

Key Duties

1. Managing day to day activities
2. Health & Safety
3. Progress reports and site meetings
4. Programming
5. Quality control
6. Responsible for managing sub-contractors
7. Ensure quality management regime is in place and being adhered to
