Define concepts, strategies, and digital interface design artifacts at a project level; have an appreciation for research, service design, technology and have the ability to elegantly adapt designs across devices; work across the entire end-to-end experience.

You will have substantial experience as a UX designer including demonstratable experience of digital product design experience and participating in all aspects of design (planning, UX design, UI design, design system creation).

Requirements

Personal

Craft

  1. Deliver the design of new experiences and improve existing products through creative thinking, a deep understanding of the user and an exceptional eye for detail.
  2. Create detailed definition of visual and interaction design based on relevant business, technical and design considerations.
  3. Collaborate with other designers, developers and researchers on mixed methods work to bring integrated value to our clients.
  4. Explain, discuss and justify design decisions effectively; give design feedback.

Project

  1. Take ownership of the end-to-end design of the experience, working in collaboration with design leads and junior team members.
  2. Support and help lead product design activities at the project level.
  3. Create beautiful, impactful and empathetic executions.
  4. Support in solving design problems end-to-end, from identifying user needs, generating concepts to defining and creating a product and crafting how people will interact with it.
  5. Communicate design concept for digital products through various artefacts such sketches, wireframes, user flows, screen designs and interactive prototypes.
  6. Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client’s office to work collaboratively.

Client

  1. We work with a wide variety of clients, across different industries and sectors, however we’re currently looking for designers to work specifically on several health and government projects.
  2. Work in collaboration with client teams to understand the user, business and brand.
  3. Present thinking through appropriate methods to gain feedback and iterate your thinking.
  4. Create quality client deliverables.
  5. Support new business development efforts by providing expert information in pitch efforts and client meetings.

Community

  1. Nurture a new generation of talented design practitioners.
  2. Attend and help plan studio and community events, workshops, and conferences as an Accenture Song ambassador.

Skillset

  1. Relevant experience in Product Design and Product Creation.
  2. Hybrid design experience, demonstrating that you can merge visual and interaction design skills to create unique design solutions.
  3. Experience in translating business and customer requirements into a compelling holistic experience across different touchpoints.
  4. Design system creation and management.
  5. Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and experience in designing to industry recognised standards.
  6. High proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe CC.
  7. Have a great appreciation for brand, typography, colour and layout.
  8. High dexterity in speed and quality with the tools of your trade.
  9. Experience in running online and offline workshops and interviews with clients and partners to validate design decisions.
  10. Ability to create lower fidelity to fully interactive prototypes.
  11. Knowledge of and curiosity about technology, translating its impact on design solutions.
  12. Knowledge of and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes.
  13. Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.
  14. Proven history of delivering Product Design outcomes on time.
  15. Familiarity with delivery management tools such as Trello, JIRA or Asana and delivery methodologies such as Agile, DevOPs etc.
  16. Proven collaborative and teamwork skills.
