Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our client's Financial Sponsors Investment Banking team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing transactions, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions for financial sponsors and their portfolio companies.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and pitch materials for clients and prospective clients.
Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and other stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the financial sponsors sector.

Desired Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on financial sponsors or private equity transactions being preferred, but not a prerequisite.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
