Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our client's Financial Sponsors Investment Banking team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing transactions, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions for financial sponsors and their portfolio companies.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and pitch materials for clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the financial sponsors sector.
Desired Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on financial sponsors or private equity transactions being preferred, but not a prerequisite.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
