Job description

Role Title: Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC Presales Architect
Status: Permanent
Location: Remote / Travel to client site on their requirements
Salary: £85k + OTE + Package

As a Microsoft Partner they are committed to delivering excellence for their customers alongside investing in their colleagues to provide them with the knowledge and tools required to deliver great results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, understand and define client needs, objectives and business drivers and design solutions that best meet requirements
  • Assist with the creation of service estimates
  • Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios
  • Demonstrate the value of the solution (not just the functionality)
  • Build strong working relationships with internal colleagues
  • Support sales teams in promoting solutions, articulating functional fit, responding to bid cycles and RFPs
  • Communicate business requirements to the implementation team after sale completion
  • Stay current with new trends within Dynamics 365, competitors, partners and the IT industry
  • Attend industry seminars and events to raise company profile and maintain knowledge
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Industry standard Microsoft accreditations in sales or presales (beneficial but not essential)
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and broad understanding of client business issues
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Experience with needs-based sales methodology
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes is essential
  • Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central in a presales capacity
  • Consultative approach to solution design
