Job Description

• Overseeing securitization transactions and ensuring they are compliant with applicable laws.
• Assisting the legal team with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
• Conducting legal research to support the development of cases and legal advice.
• Liaising with clients to provide updates on their cases and gather necessary information.
• Participating in meetings with clients and other legal professionals.
• Managing a team of junior paralegals, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in securitization law.
• Supporting the legal department with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Securitization Paralegal should have:

• A law degree or paralegal certificate from a recognized institution.
• Proven conveyancing experience, including experience using the land registry portal.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong research and report writing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
