Job Description
- Overseeing securitization transactions and ensuring they are compliant with applicable laws.
- Assisting the legal team with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
- Conducting legal research to support the development of cases and legal advice.
- Liaising with clients to provide updates on their cases and gather necessary information.
- Participating in meetings with clients and other legal professionals.
- Managing a team of junior paralegals, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in securitization law.
- Supporting the legal department with ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Securitization Paralegal should have:
- A law degree or paralegal certificate from a recognized institution.
- Proven conveyancing experience, including experience using the land registry portal.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong research and report writing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
