We specialise in the recruitment of high-quality candidates in the Retail sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Retail Assistant to work for a leading brand. The role holder will provide world-class customer service to prospective customers.

Retail Assistant’s Core Duties

  • Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Show customers around
  • Present the products to customers and answer questions
  • Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
  • Provide logistical and administrative support
  • Be professional and courteous at all times
  • Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio

Retail Assistant’s Skills Required

  • Educated to A-level standard
  • Experience working with premium brands; luxury retail or hotels - automotive experience highly desirable
  • Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
  • Good team working experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Driving licence class B (desirable) and driven for up to 2 years
  • Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
