Covering project & maintenance work in Kings Lynn, Wissington, Wisbech, Cantley, Norwich, Peterborough, Newark, and Loughborough areas.

We are recruiting personnel for the following positions:

1. Pipe Fitter TIG Welders & Coded Pipe TIG Welders
2. Coded Plate MIG FCAW Welders & Plater Welders

Responsibilities include:

1. Fabrication of pipe work & supports
2. Installation & fitting of 1 to 3 inch & 4 to 6 inch pipe work, valves, and supports
3. Setting up for welding to coded specifications, primarily using TIG on socket weld pipe (1 to 2 inch) and butt weld or flange weld on stainless dairy and schedule 10 (2 to 6 inch) stainless pipe
4. Fabrication of large vessels/tanks, including cutting out old steel plate materials and replacing with new plate
5. Welding to coded specifications
6. Pipe Fitter Fabs & Mates covering work as described
7. Working in process plants & factories, mainly on vessels/tanks, plant rooms, & steam pipelines

Requirements:

1. CSCS Card or CCNSG Safety Passport (ideally)
2. Confined Space Certificates, IPAF & PASMA Cards (good to have)
3. Welders must be able to pass Weld Test on TIG for pipe or MIG & MIG FCAW on plate, ideally 6G Weld Test with Weld Certificates for 6G (2 inch & 6 inch carbon and stainless pipe)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, possibly Saturday as required
Pay depending on skills/qualifications
Term: 3 to 8+ weeks, with potential for long-term contract roles on other sites as required
Hours: 07:00 to 17:30 plus overtime, often working from 07:00 to 19:00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay/Salary: Skilled = £26.50+ per hour (Mon to Fri), £32+ per hour (Sat), £35+ per hour (Sun)
Semi Skilled/Mate = £15.50 to £17.50+

Expected hours: 47.5 to 55+ hours per week
