Working Hours: Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS)

Salary: £27,000 plus bonus (OTE Year 1 £36,000 +)

Due to a retirement, my client is looking to hire a Parts Advisor to work in a team of 4, where you will be providing parts advice to existing clients needing replacement parts for their commercial/plant vehicles.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor include:

1. Communicate with customers and suppliers
2. Develop and follow up enquiries
3. Identify customers' parts requirements
4. Sourcing suppliers, web research
5. Improve product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
6. Accept and process customer orders
7. Customer/supplier liaison
8. Work with key accounts
9. Customer and product support - dealing with customer queries/issues

To be successful in the role of the Parts Advisor you must have:

1. Customer service/sales experience
2. Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts
3. Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
4. Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework
5. Communicate effectively by telephone and e-mail
