Job Description
Candidates must be motivated, able to work on their own or as part of a team, and looking to continuously improve. You will also need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The role involves the installing, maintaining, and servicing of Fire alarms and Security equipment.
The Role and What is Required:
- Service, Install and reactive maintenance and small works of:
- Both analogue and IP CCTV
- Access Control
- Intruder Alarm
- Fire Alarms
- Emergency Lights
Accurate completion of documentation, timesheets, and submission of job reports.Ensuring that the client is satisfied with the work carried out on the system prior to leaving site.Installing systems to a high standard.Provide a high level of customer service at all times.Working to safe health & safety practices.Key Experience / Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in fault finding and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, fire alarms, and intruder systems.
- Full UK driving licence.

- A positive, motivated, proactive individual.
- Well organised with the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues.
